From Tech Pack to Shipment

Tech Pack & Quotation
Provide your tech pack, CAD drawings, reference images, or a physical garment. We return a formal quotation with lead times within 24 hours.

Proto Sampling
We develop and dispatch your counter-sample within 7–14 days for fit verification, Pantone color approval, and hand-feel evaluation before moving to production.

Pre-Production Sign-Off
Once the sample is approved, we lock in yarn lots and initiate bulk knitting. Minor adjustments — whether a shade tweak or trim refit — are seamlessly absorbed without delaying the launch.

Bulk Knitting & In-Line QC
Standard production takes 45–60 days (up to 75 days during peak capacity). Real-time inline inspections run continuously on our knitting beds to eliminate defects before assembly.

Final Inspection & Shipping
A comprehensive AQL 2.5 final inspection is performed at 80% packing against your approved golden sample. Shipped flexibly under FOB, CIF, or DDP terms to your designated warehouse.
